I started Elite Consultants because the small business owners I knew kept telling me the same three stories. Their accountant did not return calls. Their bill was a surprise every quarter. And nobody had ever sat down with them to talk about what came next.
We are a small studio of five people, and we like being a small studio of five people. It means I know your name. It means the person you spoke to last March is the person you speak to this March. It means we can answer the phone, properly.
The five of us care about this work in a way that surprises people. We love what we do, and we treat your numbers the way we treat our own. When you call worried about a letter from HMRC, you are not a ticket on a queue. You are a person we know, and we will sit with the question for as long as it takes to answer it properly. Friendly is the easy half. The harder half is meaning it. Your problem becomes our problem the moment it lands in our inbox, and we do not let go of it until it is sorted.
A lot of our advice is given for free. First call, free. Second call, free. The walk-in on a Tuesday afternoon with a brown HMRC envelope in your hand, free. We are not running a meter while you talk to us. If we can help in twenty minutes, we will, and you can go on with your week.
