E-commerce accounting is its own beast. Hundreds of micro-transactions, fees deducted at source, payouts that don’t match invoices, currency conversions, and VAT in places you didn’t know existed.
We work with sellers on Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, eBay, Faire, and direct-to-consumer brands. We pull data through proper integrations (A2X, Link My Books), reconcile to the penny, and give you reporting that actually tells you which products and channels are profitable.
Common questions
Do I need to register for VAT in EU countries?
Possibly. The OSS scheme lets you register once in one EU country and report sales across all member states up to €10,000 of distance sales. Above that, it's compulsory. We handle this end-to-end.
How do you handle Amazon FBA accounting?
We use A2X to fetch settlement-level data straight into Xero, broken down by country, fee type and tax. It cuts hours of manual work and gives you accurate numbers. We're A2X-trained partners.
Can you help me decide if I should go Ltd?
Yes. For growing e-commerce sellers, the tax break-even is usually around £40k–£50k profit, but there are other reasons (limited liability, working with bigger marketplaces, fundraising). We'll model both.
