Common questions

How long does company formation take?

Usually under 24 hours from when you give us the details. Companies House registers most companies the same day. We then handle HMRC Corporation Tax registration which takes another few working days.

Should I be a sole trader or a limited company?

Generally Ltd starts to make sense around £30k–£40k profit, depending on your other income. Below that, sole trader is simpler and the tax difference is small. We'll model both for you in your free consultation.

Can I use your address as my registered office?

Yes, for £15/month. Your home address won't appear on the public Companies House register, and we'll forward any post (digitally or physical) to you.
